Ridges Notes:
Route 1 - Toix Ridge Integral is Espolon Arta on Toix Este, the walk over to Toix Placa to do the fixed rope section around Alasdair, then straight up to the ridge (3+, 40m, no bolts, lots of sling placements), then the ridge itself. The guide book describes it well. The other UKC entry for Toix Ridge Integral is a completely different route.
