© Adidas Terrex

If you don't know about the Adaptive Climbing Group yet, then it's time you met this inspiring paraclimbing community.

Watch this film to see what happens on a day of outdoor climbing at the crag with a community united by their love of the sport and a shared vision to make it truly accessible to everyone. Spoiler: it's all rock climbing and good vibes.

"The Adaptive Climbing Group inspires people to be themselves and stand by it."

Founded by Kareemah Batts, Adaptive Climbing Group is an inclusive outdoor climbing community that empowers people with disabilities to participate in the sport of climbing. Adaptive Climbing (also known as paraclimbing) takes the existing abilities of a person and helps make the sport accessible to them.

The group empowers its members to push themselves and focus solely on their mind and body, forgetting about anything else in that moment but the climb. The Adaptive Climbing Group show each other unconditional support, acknowledging everyone's differing needs and making outdoor climbing an inclusive and accessible sport for all.

This film is part of adidas TERREX' 'United by Summits' initiative.
