KletterRetter Hand Cream and Chalk Gear News

KletterRetter are a German brand whose reputation is built on their excellent hand cream. For spring 2020 their range of creams, chalk and accessories continues to expand. They're also replacing the current plastic packaging of climbing chalk with more sustainable paper packaging.

Repair Balsam - £11.00

The Repair Balsam is a relatively new addition to the KletterRetter range. It contains 100% natural ingredients including Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax and Cera Alba (Beeswax).

Repair Balsam is great for treating split fingertips, cracked skin, flappers and cuts and also speeds up the skin's recovery time.

Cream Chalk - £11.00

Cream chalk is an increasingly popular option for climbers looking to reduce the environmental and health implications of excess chalk dust. KletterRetter Cream Chalk is an effective replacement for regular chalk that disinfects hands and reduces bacteria too.

Chalk - from £5.50

KletterRetter chalk is a pure magnesium carbonate that is gluten free, allergen free and free from heavy metals. It's available in a variety of shapes and sizes including 200g and 450g bags, refillable balls, 120g crunchy chalk and 12 x 10g blocks.

The welcome news for 2020 is that KletterRetter will gradually switch over from plastic to paper packaging for all their regular chalk products.

Hand Cream - £11.00

This is where it all started for KletterRetter. KletterRetter Hand Cream absorbs quickly, smells great and nourishes post-climb skin so you can come back harder the next day.

Developed by climbers for climbers but suitable for many other sports too, KletterRetter Hand Cream contains Panthenol, Calendula and Ectoin and is available in 75ml and 30ml tubes.

Finger Tape - from £5.50

Available in widths of 15mm and 50mm, KletterRetter finger tape is a strong and super sticky tape for all types of climbing. Like many KletterRetter products, the finger tape represents great value for money when compared against similar brands.
