'Friends in High Places' is a publication celebrating adventure and trad climbing around the world.
From hard Peak District classics, winter climbs, European multipitches to African big walls. Combining stunning photographs with tales and quotes from some of the world's best climbers and unknown heros.
It is a soft cover publication featuring 116 pages of full colour images and text. Inspired by the Pembroke Bond publication, with a mutual aim to inspire, create psyche and show the beauty of climbing.
Full length stories are mixed between comical quotes and more thoughtful proclaimations. Including epics on Positron at Gogarth, a 'rock-bothering' day out with Johnny Dawes and a Madagascan crisis involving a dropped haulbag and a SOS beacon.

thought this was going to be about one of Malcolm Slesser's books but on checking not quite the same title (With Friends in High Places).
Hard to imagine someone who could downvote this, but it wouldn't be the UKC forums otherwise.
This is a beautiful book by the way
