Lowe Alpine have been engineering innovative and practical mountaineering products using the best, most durable materials for nearly 60 years. For winter 2014 they release a new range of mountaineering and climbing packs that stays true to this vision.

Lowe Alpine

The Mountain Attack 35:45 is a true mountain all-rounder and is the ideal all-year round companion for anyone who lives and breathes alpine sports.

Your yearly plans can include anything (and probably everything) from ice climbing and backcountry ski trips in winter, to a multi-day ski touring trip in spring, to cragging and multi-pitch climbing in the summer, and maybe an alpine north face or 2 in the autumn. The Mountain Attack is stacked with features for every eventuality mentioned, and more!

Capable of carrying ice tools, skis and heavy loads in comfort, the Mountain Attack features side entry into the main body plus a lower compartment. All interaction points are made to be operated easily when wearing winter gloves or mitts, including the patented Headlocker ice tool attachments and the WebCatcher system for fastening tools, skis or poles. The Adaptive Fit harness ensures a comfortable fit whatever your body shape, while the hip belt is removable for those who prefer to climb without a belt. The top of the pack with its extendable/removable lid is shelved to assist look-up when wearing a helmet. The special Trishield nylon ripstop fabric is our strongest - a silicone treatment in the coating Increases tear resistance by 20%.
