The new Dorset guide is Rockfax's most exciting publication this year: new routes, new crags, new topos and new photos for one of the most popular climbing areas in the country.
As a taster we're giving Rockfax Digital subscribers early access to the newly updated Cuttings on Portland this week. The Cuttings is popular not only because of its excellent routes but also because of its easy access. With an extra 55 routes there's now a total of 189 for your climbing pleasure: even the regulars will have something new to try!
The new guide will be fully published in print and digital at the end of July. Not only does it document all the new route developments, but we have also moved on the way we cover the crags and information in line with the more recent Rockfax guides. Every crag has been re-photographed and assessed, new maps created with significantly greater detail, crag approaches are shown on magnificent wide-view aerial photos.
The print version will be available for pre-ordering from 1 July with a special offer price for Rockfax Digital Supporters and UKClimbing Supporters. The full guide will make our second Rockfax Digital content release at the end of July. Before then two more releases are scheduled for crags away from Dorset - one for the end of June and one for the middle of July. These are part of our year's regular Rockfax Digital updates: every month we're adding new content to Rockfax Digital which is available to all active subscribers.
New climbs are added every month, so whether you're a boulderer, trad or sport climber, Rockfax Digital gives you all the information you need to go climbing wherever and whenever you are.
